The bungalow comprises of two double bedrooms,one of  which is ensuite,with walk in shower .

One large single room that also has room for a z bed and it's own seating area.

A large living room, kitchen/dining room and a main bathroom comprising slipper bath, toilet and separate shower.

The bungalow has stunning views over the trent valley that can be seen from the  patio, kitchen, living room and main bedroom .

There is a large patio ideal for summers evening barbecue.

The city centre is under 10 minutes away, buses run every 10 minutes at peak times and the bus stop is only 5 doors away.

Excellent location for visiting  the city centre and it surrounding area, countryside is only twenty minutes drive away. Colwick lakes are a five minute drive away, beautiful for walking and cycling,call in at colwick hall,one of Lord Byrons ancestral homes,for a drink or afternoon tea. Newstead abbey,Sherwood forest, rufford park all within a 45 minute drive. Motorpoint arena is on the bus route and only 5 minutes drive away 

There will be a small hamper of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits also milk in the fridge on your arrival.

All beds will be made ready and a set of towels per person. 

Prices are from £130  to £150 per night depending on time of year. This is for the whole of the bungalow. There will be a 10% discount  when you stay five nights or more.

Check in from 3pm. Checkout by 10.30am. There is a key safe but on most occasions we will be there to greet you,show you around and then let you enjoy your stay at The Langsdale Oaks.

Come and relax  enjoy a  BBQ on the large patio that over looks the trent valley or get a bus in to the city, enjoy all the different restaurants,bars and venues, go to the motor point arena see a concert or watch the Nottingham panthers playing ice hockey, only a five minute drive or 15minute bus ride,pay a visit to Colwick hall hotel for a drink or an afternoon tea.Go for a stroll around Colwick park and its  beautiful lakes or if you fancy a flutter on the horses/dogs at the Colwick race course . Rufford park,newstead abbey,white post farm all only half an hour away.We have Colwick woods nature reserve only a 10 minute walk away with wonderful views.
